On my Samsung RF4287HARS refrigerator the "ice off" button is lit up. I press it and it will not go off. How do I get it to go off so that I can have ice once again?

There are few things you can try. Unplug the unit for 10 minutes and then press the reset switch. If this does not work please check out this troubleshooting guide and follow all these instructions to reset your ice maker. www.samsung.com/
