Sautéed Summer VeggiesI just love summer vegetables, because they are beautiful in color and delicious to taste, cooked or raw. Be creative! Enjoy your veggies before summer is over.

Ingredients:

*Tip: butter can keep olive oil from burning.

Steps:

  1. Slice, dice, cut, and chop your vegetables.
  2. Sautéed Summer Veggies
     
  3. Using a large skillet, prepare it with olive oil and butter over med-high heat.
  4. Sautéed Summer Veggies
     
  5. Layer your squash, and then all your other veggies. Stir together to evenly coat them with oil.

  7. Add your spices, and mix well.
  8. Sautéed Summer Veggies
     
  9. Cook for as long as you like for your preferred consistency. Do taste tests. When you are satisfied, remove to a serving bowl. Serve alone, as a side dish, or over some rice.
