Sautéed Vegetables

This is an easy to prepare and healthy side dish that pairs great with your choice of protein.

Cook Time: 10-15 minutes

Total Time: 15-25 minutes

Yield: 6 people

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Prep vegetables. Dice onions, tomatoes and mushrooms.
  2. Sauté white onions until browned, then add tomatoes.
  3. Stir in spinach.
  4. Stir in mushrooms, dash of soy sauce and sauté until vegetables are cooked. Note: The sauce is hot so I pushed the veggies to the edges to expose the liquid to cool down sooner.
