Scented Notepad

I love to dye papers for my handmade notebooks and journals. This week I found out I could scent these pages beautifully.

I keep a little spray bottle full of water and a little bit of fabric softener by my sink. I sprayed some of this on the papers I was dying different pastel colors. I also sprayed the colored liquid the papers were soaking in. The liquid was watered down acrylic paints.

After hanging the papers to dry, they kept the wonderful scent. I am using the notebooks now and they smell so pretty ;)
