Here in Canada, we can only donate them to a particular charity. I don't know if there is anyplace that actually pays cash for them. I think the charity sells them as scrap metal after it gets tons of them.
Call Riverside City Hall and ask them where to take them. My neighbor takes theirs to a place not far from us. I live in Montclair/Pomona. The recycling center for us is on Mission Blvd.

What's the name of the recycling center and how much did they pay you for the tabs? I work in Montclair off of Holt & Indian Hill.. Thanks!
