This is known as Satsuma Dragonware (Dragon Ware). Yours is special as it includes the Geisha face and no English markings.

Ebay currently lists similar singles and sets of this type, so I would start there for pricing.

You can send the pictures to replacements.com. They can identify it for you, and give you a price they will pay.

I found Moriage Dragonware Chopstick Geisha Lithophane gold white tea set 11 piece at $150 www.etsy.com/.../moriage-dragonware-chopstick-geisha
It is from 1970s.
One of the easiest ways is to sell it is online: eBay, Etsy, Craigslist.
At auction houses.

There are quite a few 'sets' like yours listed for sale online so I do not see this as a 'rare' item. Most of the sets shown on eBay's sold listings have the complete set which seems to be more popular than just the cups and saucers.

A cup and saucer alone are listed on several sites with asking prices of $25 -$50 but I did not find any sold for that price.
I believe your set is probably valued between $49 to $75 and places to list: Craigslist (pick-up), Facebook marketplace. You can list of eBay and Etsy but these sites can be tricky for inexperienced sellers.
