Skillet Cabbage

One of my favorite ways to eat one of my favorite veggies!

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 green pepper, shredded
  • 2 cups celery, diced
  • Ad

  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bacon drippings
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Combine all except tomatoes in large skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and let cook a few minutes more.

Servings: 6
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cooking Time: 5-10 Minutes
