  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large skillet, brown hamburger and drain off any liquid.

  4. Add water, tomato paste, and sloppy joe mix. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
