I'm not sure what the point of this is since the chicken is already cooked, and you're using canned chicken broth. So it's hardly homemade soup. You might as well just open up a can of Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup. In fact, that's what we did in college. Open up a can of soup and dump in whatever leftovers we had, or whatever produce the supermarket was throwing out. Heck, sometimes we'd just use a 30 cent packet of Instant Ramen as the base and throw in stuff from the local salad bar, which was heavily discounted at closing time.
This is good. I've tried it.
