Sour Cream Chip Muffins

A great recipe from Taste of Home. I read the comments and substituted whole wheat pastry flour, yogurt for the sour cream, and oil for the butter.

Steps:

  1. In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  2. In another bowl mix the egg, sour cream, butter and vanilla.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Fold in the chips.
  5. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin tins 3/4 full.
  6. Bake at 350 F for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
