A homeless man in Tijuana, Mexico with no health insurance needs colostomy bags and supplies. Where can I get bags free or for a very low cost to provide to him. He can't come to the USA. This man has no bags and feces drip on him? Help please.

Long shot, but wonder if you were to contact some colostomy companies and see if they want to help donate to this man.
Another long shot is to post wanted on facebook or craigslist because some give away their items if they no longer need it (ex: if they got reversal surgery done)
Also, there are some other options like drainable bags instead of disposable and that may help him.
Doctors receive many samples of medications and the like. Maybe they would be willing to donate.
