Put parchment paper in baking dish 9x13 inch and grease.

Pour the better and put in the oven in the middle of the oven for about 15-20 minutes till it's light golden.

Let few minutes to cool so you can handle the cake.

My grandmother made a sponge cake and the frosting was butter and then covered with crushed peanuts.
It sounds simple enough, but I do not know if she used salted or unsalted butter. The peanuts I am sure were roasted in the shell. Has anyone heard of this?

If the peanuts were roasted in the shell they would not be salted. However, with everyone using 'salted caramel' flavours, you may want to try the salted ones.

Ever craved and wanted to recreate those fragrant, yellow sponge cakes available for Dim Sum? This recipe uses a boxed cake mix and nearly resembles the texture!
