Staying on Medicaid After Getting Married?

I got married in March. I learned I was pregnant in January and I've been on Ohio Medicaid (Caresource) since I can remember. I will not be living with my husband because I am still in school until May and he lives an hour away while my mom only lives 20min. away. She is the one whose income allowed me to get Medicaid. If I am legally living with her can I keep it because our household is only 2 people and meets the financial criteria? Or do they automatically count my husband even if we are not living together?

They go by household income. However, you are now married. You should notify the Medicaid office and they will make the final decision.
