Strawberry & Blueberry Oat Muffins

Here is another muffin recipe I made for the kids to eat on the way to school. These muffins are great because they are convenient to eat on the go, packed with protein and nutrition!

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Total Time: 40 minutes

Yield: 1 dozen muffins

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon, maple syrup, bakers extract and milk.
  2. Add hemp seeds, flax seeds, almonds, strawberries, and blueberries.
  3. Mix until combined.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin with cupcake liners, or grease muffin cups with oil and distribute batter evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until your desired liking then. Allow muffins to cool and enjoy!
