Supermarket Freebies

Most of the large supermarket chains offer free full-size items every week. They work via mobile phone app or mailing list. Just sign up and they'll notify you when something free is available for pickup. You usually have 2 to 3 weeks to get it, so it's pretty convenient. I love the freebies at Safeway and Kroger chains the most. I've gotten protein bars, dozens of eggs, pounds of peanut butter, you name it: all free. No purchase necessary.
