Tilapia and Rice

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Put two pounds of talapia fish to the pan. Season with onion chopped along with seasonings and butter. You can choose your favorite seasoning as well.
  2. Put the pan on medium heat for about 22 minutes to simmer, letting all the flavors flow through the meal. As the fish starts to cook you can chop it into pieces.
  3. While the food is simmering, I cooked jasmine rice in the rice cooker.
  4. The fish is done when it chops fine. Remove from heat and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy.

Picture of adobo season but no mention in recipe...Is the "seasoning salt"to which you refer?

I'm pretty sure that is the seasoning salt she uses in the recipe. Unfortunately, this recipe was published about 4 years ago and the member is no longer active on the site so she may not respond.
