Tilapia and Rice
Here is a very tasty meal. I hope you enjoy it.

Yield: 3 servings
- 2 lb tilapia
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 goya packet
- 1 dash thyme
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 dash seasoning salt
- 1 pat butter
- Put two pounds of talapia fish to the pan. Season with onion chopped along with seasonings and butter. You can choose your favorite seasoning as well.
- Put the pan on medium heat for about 22 minutes to simmer, letting all the flavors flow through the meal. As the fish starts to cook you can chop it into pieces.
- While the food is simmering, I cooked jasmine rice in the rice cooker.
- The fish is done when it chops fine. Remove from heat and serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy.
