Tiny Black Biting Bugs?

There are tiny black bugs which are present all year, but more in number in the warmer months. They have wings, fly very fast, and bite. They leave tiny red raised bumps on the skin, some of which have a dark center. They seem attracted to the bathroom. What are they and what harm do they do? Also how do I get rid of them?

These bugs are called No-See-Ums and they always come out in the warmer months of the year. You might need to get a professional to come out and spray around your home, yard, and in your home to get rid of them.

Put the bugs in a sealed plastic bag. Bring to a place that sells pesticides. They will identify it for you and sell you the correct pesticides
