Are there bugs that actually live in your clothing? Supposedly, they are black specks that are all over the dwelling, then they turn into what looks like skin and literally attack and bite the body and live in all clothing as well.
I was told the only way to remove these bugs that also jump/fly is with tweezers. An acquaintance has scars all over their body. More so on their feet, arms, and hands. Please, we really want to help. As we are just not sure what to think. FYI, no one else in dwelling gets bit. But does see these strange bugs.

They could be fleas or ticks. You need an exterminator
Best solution is get some in a jar and take them to a garden shop or hardware store to identify. There are a whole bunch of bugs that fit this description and each one has a different best way to get rid of them.

Chemicals are often the worst way, especially if you have pets or small children. There are may natural solutions but you have to know what you are dealing with first.
