(a 30/15) are my TV, computer, printer, and cable box which still work. Is it possible that part of the breaker doesn't work and the other part works? What could it be?

I'm no electrician, so my advice is to call one. Isn't that an awful lot of outlets, etc. to be on one breaker? I'd think about having some re-wiring done by a qualified electrician.
