there is a miswiring problem. If you cannot fix it yourself, get an electrician.

Yikes! That is not good! Unless you are a trained professional, it may be time to all in an electrician. It sounds like something is crossing somewhere or shorting out. Please practice safety first and have it looked at soon!

I never recommend DIY electrical work or taking answers from crowd sourcing from fixes. Too high a risk for a fire. Take care and post back what they tell you! Good luck!
