Turkey Gravy Recipes
Hearty and easy dish!
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions (optional)
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning (or whatever seasoning you like)
- 1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese
- 4 servings of linguine or rice (already prepared)
Cook the turkey and onion in a large skillet until done, and drain well. Add seasoning and all of the ricotta cheese.
Heat 10 minutes and then serve over linguine or rice with a side salad or leftover re-heated broccoli. Voila! A quick and hearty dinner on a budget.
