Using CorningWare on Ceramic Burners?

A red hot ceramic burner.Does anyone know if you can use corning ware on ceramic burners? The instruction book does not explain it well.

I use glassware (like Pyrex) and Corningware that is oven safe on my stove top (it is gas) on a medium to low setting. I wouldn't turn the heat up real high, you will risk cracking the dish.
