This comes in many flavors, sizes, and sweetened, sugar- free and fat-free.

I use this in all cake recipes to replace milk or water

fantastic for all icings (This is the best)
Pound cake recipe, makes the pound cake just so silky smooth to the taste.
Add a few drops to cookie batter
All pancake, waffle & French toast recipes
Great used to top off your hot oatmeal or hot Cream of Wheat. I pour an ounce in a cup and warm it for a few seconds in the microwave to warm up your cereal.
Same hint. If your coffee gets cool, just warm up the creamer.

I'm sure you will find many more uses for this great product. I am not promting any specific brand, I always buy what ever one is on sale. This has become a staple item when I am doing my baking shopping.

Coffee creamer is often used as a substitute for milk and other liquids in recipes. If the creamer is used in recipes that are not intended to provide important nutrients such as protein, calcium, vitamins, etc., then the substitution is not a problem.

However, if the creamer is used in recipes that are intended to provide the nutrients in milk, such as casseroles, soups, cereals, desserts, etc., then nutrient alternative additions to the diet should be considered, especially for growing children, pregnant women, people recovering from illnesses etc.
