Using Vinegar on Laminate Flooring?

I'm so confused, in my research for finding a good laminate floor cleaner, the advice I am getting is so conflicting. Even manufacturers say not to use vinager, yet many tell me to use vinegar. I had in the past, but it left streaks anyway. Now I'm told to add alcohol to the vinager and water solution. Help! Also, I use and love Hope's floor revive on my hardwood floors. Does anybody use it on laminate floors?

I have also heard that I should not use vinegar on laminate, I honestly just use some dish soap in water - but a barely moistened rag because it is not good to wet them too much

I have a wood laminate floor. The instructions specifically say not to use vinegar. Bona is a good cleaner for both wood and wood laminate.
