Bassett is a decent name but this style was never highly popular as many buyers considered this type of décor (scrolling/embellishments) as looking 'cheap' even in the 70s-80s.
Where you are located will probably be the determining factor as to value as this heavy piece would be too costly to ship.
Different areas - different styles - more or less value.
I'm in Florida and this piece would probably not sell quickly but may sell for $50-$125 but only with the mirror included.
In the US people are generally frequent movers, more renters than owners, live in smaller apartments/houses, and do not want heavy items to lug from one place to another.
I do not know what you paid for your dresser but the price you paid would usually be considered the 'value' in your area.
The only way to test the value in your area would be to list it for sale and see what the market is. always start with a higher price - maybe $400 with best offers considered and see how it goes.

Bassett has always been middle of the road furniture. This piece is not in demand where I live, and may be worth $100, with the mirror $50
