Hi!

This is a beautiful piece of furniture. From looking around, I have found that they are going from $200.00 to $1000.00. This antique is so different and you will get your price, if you find the right collector!

Have a wonderful day!

Keep in mind the value of the vanity will greatly depend on where you live and the price furniture in your area is selling for right now. Prices online are a bit high because a company normally takes the items and increases the price so they are paid before the client receives their money. You can usually use this price they list the items for and do a bit of research for your area to determine the real value or what you can charge in your area.

Selling online is a bit difficult if you are wanting to sell this item off now because there are a lot of people who are listing all kinds of items to sell to make money right now in this poor economy. Your best bet is to try and sell this off locally and avoid the cost of shipping this off to the buyer .

This looks to be a nice vanity but there are not sufficient pictures to base very much information on.
I can only suggest you contact some of the online sites that offer information and sometimes value on pieces like this.
This is called a makeup vanity.

No one will be able to help you unless you supply several good pictures and and any background information available. Do you have a chair or stool?

Pictures needed:
Full vanity showing entire vanity from directly in front.
Side pictures.
Full back pictures.
Picture of bottom of vanity showing how made
Inside and bottom of drawer.
Full picture of vanity with mirror open - show full vanity and full mirror.

This may sound like a lot but if you want information this is what it will take. These are the type of pictures you will need if you decide to list it for sale.

Post some pictures on these sites: You'll have to join the group before posting.

Depending on the condition of the piece you could charge $150 to $350. If it came with a matching chair, you could charge a little more .Here is a similar vanity for sale at consignment - www.chairish.com/.../bassett-furniture-eden-house-collection...
