I have a restored push mower made by Granite State M.M Co Hinsdale, New Hampshire. I have turned a new handle and roller. It is complete and repainted in its original colours including the roller and handles which were originally white. Most of the push mowers here in Australia were either local production or British imports. I would like to know what value I should place on it.

On E-Bay it is worth about 100 dollars.

Push mowers are not fast sellers at any price - one reason - the cost of shipping an item like this.
- The Granite State M.M Co Push Mowers were made from 1930-1950.
- Usually a vintage/antique item is worth more money in its original state so redoing yours may bring the value down.
- There has only been one push mower sold on in eBay US in the past several weeks (not your brand) and it sold for 59.95 in its original condition.
- You should check your eBay site (Australia) for mowers of this type and see what is listed and what sellers are showing as their asking price.
- Just remember - asking prices do not mean a lot but it does give some ideas of the market.
- If you have a local action site (like the US Craigslist) then you might want to check this out as there would be no shipping charges.

- Remember - these are asking prices - not selling prices and note the cost of shipping which has to be added to the cost of the mower unless someone does a local pick up.
