You need to know who manufactured it and its age. I have seen some on eBay selling for $50 or less.
It is a neat piece. Do you have the rest of it?
Is there a marking on the body anywhere?
You can look on eBay or Google for matches based on the look if there are no markings, but it will be nearly impossible to find an exact match as there were many, many of these type of mowers made.
If you post back a company, I may be able to do a little digging for you and come up with more info.
