I am looking for a price to sell this item. There is no rust. It is in great condition with only a tiny bend on one of the arms. I saw one for sale that was very rusted for $165. Any help would be appreciated.

There have been several of these sold but it really looks like it may average about one a year (other than private auctions).
There are probably more of these available than some of the other Wrigley items but since yours looks to be in such good shape it may sell faster than others listed.
I would say yours may be valued between $175 - $400. That's a wide range but when looking at sold items this is how the figures run and I do not believe these are more valuable than in years past as more & more are made available.

You might have good luck posting on sites like Facebook Marketplace, Etsy, eBay is good.
List it at a higher price and keep it listed for several weeks (even a couple of months) with best offer considered plus shipping cost.
You will need several really good uncluttered pictures showing all sides, front, back, bottom and also any defects as well as measurements and age.
Check out how other sites are listing and especially ones that have good pictures.
The live auction one that cybergrannie shared with you looks the closest to yours. I found 10-15 different sites with sales ranging from $100-$250 SOLD prices (not asking--but actually sold. They are over a range of years (like from 2017 and older--but the values haven't changed much in that period).
Are you positive that it is not a repro piece? Yours looks to be in really great shape--so I have to ask because typically things that are as old as it appears, are not in that great of shape unless they were literally boxed up and stuck away when they were new. I was trying to make sure there were not repro pieces made but I am not able to confirm or deny that fact. I thought there WERE...but I can't find the source I had a while back that suggested that as a fact.
Are you an experienced online seller? If so, I will tell you that if that were mine, I would start it at 175.00 (average of the range) and run it as a 7 day, no reserve auction, running Sunday to Sunday.
I would not take any offers and let people bid it up. The shipping is going to be tricky because the box that will be big enough to protect it may not weigh a lot, but is going to need to be large and that will add to the cost with the crazy dimensional shipping charges from the USPS (if you are in the US).
Be sure to photograph, then wrap to ship so you know the box dimensions and weight and use the advanced seller tool on eBay so you don't lose money on the shipping.
If you are not an experienced seller, it may be best to get the piece into the hands of a reputable vintage dealer and have them sell it for you. You won't get as much for it since you need to split the value--but you have no muss and fuss and won't have to worry about the shipping part of it.

This is a very nice piece and yes it is in very good condition. I did see the one you were talking about that is very rusted and the price the person wants to sell it for. If you take a look for 3 to 7 years in the past you can see that these items do actually sell but they are a very slow seller. The price of the sales is still the same today as it was back in 2014. The average sale price runs between $100 to $250 for the ones that have been sold.
