My dog never had papers. My dad said she is a pure Beagle. We don't believe him because she doesn't have any spots. Any thoughts?

You should check with a vet - with that docked tail, head and body shape, I have to say she looks like a Boxer mix, more Boxer than anything else.
I raised AKC Boxers and did breed rescue in the US for over 40 years before moving permanently to the UK so I have more than a little experience with what Boxer and mix puppies look like. Do an image search using the terms Boxer puppy and Boxer mix puppy, and you'll see what I mean.
