The market is flooded with all brands of dolls and most are valued at less than $25. Sellers usually leave their dolls listed for sale for months/years and many never sell. It is a slow moving market.

Holly's Collectibles is not a popular brand and most dolls were mass produced - usually at least 5,000 dolls per series.
It does not appear that any of this brand has sold on eBay this year.

You do not provide measurements for your doll and usually dolls over 20" may sell for a little more money.
You could list your doll starting at $50 plus shipping (be sure you get this correct) with best offers considered and wait several weeks/months to see if you receive an offer.
If no offers reduce your price and wait again.

More information:
You may notice that most links to dolls for sale in June are still listed for sale.

I have sold dolls for years and don't think I have seen this brand before, which is surprising to me! In looking at the ones for sale, they all appear to be in the southern US...which may explain why I don't know them, as I am in the northern part of the country....just interesting!!

The listings on eBay and Etsy are all active and range up to $100 for the tall dolls. There are none in the completed section so you will need to watch those active ones to see what they are selling for to gauge current market value. Value is only known when there is an example of one sold.

They are hard to sell online because they are awful to ship--very fragile and they need to be double boxed with lots and lots of foam to prevent breakage. Best to sell in an in person venue if you can.

Post back how your sale goes! Thanks for sharing!

On the back of your doll's neck there is the manufacturer's mark Holly's Collectibles TM and the doll's number 80017.
The certificate of authenticity says that your doll is from a limited edition of 5,000 dolls. The name is Nola.

I found HOLLY COLLECTIBLES "BROOK" COA Limited Edition 26" VICTORIAN PORCELAIN DOLL with the same certificate of authenticity (one of the 5000 pieces), #80019: www.ebay.com/.../112533847500. Condition: "Excellent, Never Played with Condition, but has been removed from box. This doll was never placed". The price is $99.99.
Another Holly Collectibles "Amy" Limited Edition 26" Victorian Porcelain Doll with the same certificate of authenticity (one of the 5000 pieces): www.ebay.com/.../193771661762. Condition: New. The price is $80.
Holly's Collection 25" Porcelain Doll #80015 but without certificate of authenticity: www.ebay.com/.../154027936257. Condition: Used. The price is $79.99.
The dolls are beautiful, handcrafted and painted. But it seems to me that they have more fluffy dresses and bigger hats than your doll.

Then I found Holly's Collectibles Porcelain Doll which is almost exactly the same as yours, the number is the same as your doll has #80017, but she has a different color dress: www.ebay.co.uk/.../114392316829. Condition: used, dress may need to cleaned, no certificate of authenticity, no box.

The price is $24.

You have Holly's Collectibles "Nola" Limited Edition Porcelain Doll about 26", handcrafted and painted.
Your doll is in excellent condition, with certificate of authenticity and box, I think the price is about $40-45.

On ebay this companys dolls are asking between $45 and $70, but they have not sold.

These are mass-produced dolls. The chances of selling are slim. You would be lucky to get $25 for a doll that was never taken out of the box.

I found the same doll as yours, but in a blue dress. Holly's Collectibles Porcelain Keepsakes 26 inches, named Mandy.
