What Is This Bug?

A small black bug on a hand.I am back with some more bugs I need identified! These ones are way more identifiable, unlike the black pepper looking ones I posted last time. So these bugs have been crawling around my room, lots of them, I need someone to identify them, just like last time. You guys were great before, so I came straight here when I saw a pile of these things crawling around.

They look like gnats for me. Try to trace their movements back to the nest and use an insecticide.

It isnt a flying bug, no wings on it if you zoom in that is a carapace or something. They crawl around in numbers not just alone. Where theres one theres more.

I'm not sure I can help but if you make a list of these questions and send them along with your pictures and any more close-ups you can get and send them to your county extension agency they will tell you for sure and tell you what to do to get rid of them.
