Wooden Cabinets Smell Like Mouse Urine?

How can I safely disinfect and deodorize my wooden cabinet from mouse urine? I tried the Nature's Miracle, but it did no good. It's so bad.

Urine smell.

Use 1 tsp of dish soap, 1/4 cup of vinegar, 1 tsp of baking soda, and a few drops of essential oils. Mix together in a spray bottle. Wash out your cabinet and spray with Febreeze.
