My zebra finch male, Dakota, and my female, Bella, laid their eggs 30 days ago. I have noticed that some of them are dark and have peck marks in them what does it mean?

30 days is a long time ago. They are infertile. Dispose of them.
Birds know when eggs are not going to hatch, which sounds like what you are seeing. They were probably trying to peck them out of their space.
Finches typically hatch after 16 days at the latest. Sadly these are infertile. Hopefully they'll try again and you will have feather babies!! So sorry!! Mother nature is cruel sometimes!
