Clover Shaped Eggs For St. Patty's Day
Here's a cute little idea for St. Patty's Day breakfast or any time that day, a clover shaped egg dish!
Yield: two clovers
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup grated cheese (I used Swiss but cheddar would probably be great too)
- 2 Tbsp broccoli
- 2 Tbsp green pepper
- 2 Tbsp spinach
Use your favorite green veggies. I used broccoli, green pepper and spinach.
- I just mixed all the ingredients together and poured them into a shallow 8x11 inch pan and placed them in the 350 degree F oven for 25-30 minutes.
- I took it out and let it sit for about 5 minutes, then used a heart cookie cutter to cut out shapes. I ended up with 8 hearts, plus some extra around the edges.
- Plate them into a clover shape and serve.
