Broccoli Souffle'

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup onions
• 6 Tbsp. butter
• 2 Tbsp. flour
• 1/2 cup water
• Cheez Whiz (small jar)
• 2 pkgs. chopped broccoli
• 3 eggs, well beaten

Directions:

Saute onions in butter. Stir in flour. Add water. Cook until thickened. Blend in Cheez Whiz. Cook and drain chopped broccoli. Combine sauce and broccoli. Add well beaten eggs. Turn into 1 1/2 qt. greased casserole dish. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees F.
