Different Pancakes

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups regular rolled oats
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda

Directions:

Soak oats overnight in buttermilk. In the morning add remaining ingredients. Cook on griddle or pan as any other pancake.
