Catnap by the Bird Cage

Peanut the cat knows not to touch the bird cage or he gets a quick spray of water. He just happened to fall asleep touching the cage.

He has to be touching something to take a nap. This time he must have reached out to touch someone and the bird cage was all that was there. Perry the parakeet didn't like it, so after I shot this photo, I rearranged Peanut's position and all was well again.
