  • letter stencils
  • heart shaped stencil or free hand drawn template

Instructions:

  1. Using a heart shaped template, trace heart onto the red felt. Your felt should be about 6 inches wide at top of your heart. It will be about 7 inches where your letters go and about 6 inches in length.
  2. Trace your letter L on to the left side of your template. Do the same for letter E but on the right side of your red template so your letters will fit, incorporating them into the heart shape.
  3. Punch a small hole in the top and at the bottom of the heart.
  4. Trace your letters L, V, and E onto pink felt using your stencil. The letter L should be about 3 inches in length and your letter E will be about 2 inches in length.
