Balsamic Vinegar and Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette

Using roasted garlic tempers the raw garlic flavor because of its sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. white or red balsamic vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp. crushed roasted garlic, or more to taste
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Whisk the oil, vinegar, and garlic together in a small bowl adding more garlic to taste if desired. Whisk in salt and pepper to taste and serve.
