If you cut the edge of the sleeves into narrow strips all around the edges, making a fringe, you can put a bead on each strip and then tie a knot in the end to hold the bead in place. If your fringe strips are long enough, you can tie a knot above and below the bead, or add more than one bead per strip, with knots between each bead. If you google tying beads to tee shirts, you will find some help.
