Hand Towel Tip For Children

I bought extra large safety pins and pinned the hand towels on the towel bar. This way when younger ones dry their hands the towel doesn't end up in the floor! It also works pinning my decorative towels to their towel bars, so no one grabs them off to use after a bath.

Velcro also works, but involves sewing.

As for my decorative towels, I tie a pretty bow with the tulle ribbon....no one has touched them since...I also do this in the kitchen with my pretty kitchen towels.....ribbon to match my decor....

I buy and use crochet top kitchen towels in the bathroom for kids to dry their hands on. By hooking the towel onto the bathroom towel bar the little ones can dry their hands easily and the towel does not end up on the floor. They are very washable/dryable. Also when the towels need to be "retired", they either go into my fishing stuff or into my bowling bag. The hanging strap attaches to a belt or belt loop for easy use during either activity.

Chip clips or clothespins work great
