Caramel Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 36 caramels
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup pecans

Directions:

Melt caramels and margarine in top of double boiler. Combine rest of ingredients and add to caramels. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Makes 1 9 inch pie.
