Fruit Tarts

These little tarts not only taste good, but they are pretty and festive as well. Great for holiday time!


  • 1 1/2 cups strawberry jam
  • Ad

  • 1 pint strawberries, diced
  • recipe for 2 pie crusts
  • 3 Tbsp. Creme de Almond
  • 1/2 pint sour cream


Press dough into small tart pans. Bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees F until lightly browned. Cool and gently remove from pans. Heat jam 2-3 minutes until smooth. Stir in Creme de Almond and remove from heat; stir in fruit. Fill tart shells and top with a small dot of sour cream.

Cooking Time: 12-13 Minutes
