Removing TSP from Glass?

How do you remove TSP from glass? It was used to clean bugs off of the car and it got on the windshield. We've tried glass cleaners, Mr. Clean, Softscrub, razor blade, etc.

This link mentions some of those removers you have tried, but they also have other ideas you may want to try using.

TS[ is caustic enough to peel the paint off the walls. Why would you ever put it on a car's finish? It can ( & probably did) take the Clear Coat off of the paint finish, more than likely it did etch the glass (that's one of it's uses: clean the glass with TSP and it will allow paint to stick) www.naturalhandyman.com/.../inftsp.html

Try straight white vinegar. If it bubbles, it's dissolving it.

Use Mother's Finest headlight cleaner (Red Box). It comes with a sponge applicator that you attach to a hand drill to buff out the stain.
