Hearty Ham And Cheese Pockets

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
• 1 cup chopped cooked ham
• 1/4 cup chopped green or red pepper

• 1 can refrigerated pizza crust

Directions:

Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease cookie sheet. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except pizza crust; mix well. Unroll dough; place on greased cookie sheet. Starting at center, press out dough with hands to 14x8 rectangle. Cut into four 7x4 inch rectangles; separate slightly. Spoon about 1/2 cup ham and cheese mixture onto half of each rectangle; fold dough over filling. Press edges with fork to seal; prick tops with fork. Bake at 425 degrees F for 11-16 minutes or until golden brown. 4 sandwiches.
