I think this might be the recipe that you are looking for: In Minnesota they are called "Almond Bark Cookies" and are delicious.
2 lbs. Almond bark-melted over hot water
In a large bowl
mix
3 cups Rice Krispies
3 cups Captain Krunch,peanut butter cereal (or plain Captain Krunch can be used)
1 cup salted peanuts (like Planters) or Spanish peanuts or whatever nuts are your favorite.
Pour melted Almond Bark over mixture.
Mix and drop by spoonsfuls on cookie sheet or waxed paper.In some areas Almond bark is called White Chocolate-same stuff. These are easy and good. Enjoy.
