Tea Muffins

Ingredients:

• 1 3/4 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 3 tsp. baking powder
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1 egg

Directions:

Sift dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients well and stir into dry mixture. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full and bake at 400 degrees F for 25 minutes. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
