While cleaning a bench on our deck, I discovered a large, puffy cocoon with a beautiful moth hanging onto it. I ran for my camera and scooted under the bench on my back. By Betty Barker

You have a beautiful Cecropia Moth. It's the largest moth in N. America and spins a cocoon of silk. By the large fluffy antenna, it looks like it's a male.
