Making a Reminder Sign

We have all left home without our purse, homework, cell, laptop, you name it we have left it. Sometimes, we leave the water running, or the stove on and those booboos can be disastrous.

I came up with a little sign that goes right above my lock that everyone can make from a Word document or just with your own artwork and a felt pen. I made mine with Microsoft Clipart and Curly Mt. font. Put it right by the lock so you can remind yourself every day when you leave the house.

• Do I have my cell, briefcase, laptop, purse?
• Did I turn off the water, the stove, the lights?
• Have I turned on the security system, fed the pets, remembered my lunch?

If you remember these things in the last few moments in the house every day, you will get into a habit of staying focused and "in the moment". It makes a big difference when you know your house, pets, and workday needs are taken care of. This helps me and I hope it helps you.
